1. Mortise and Tenon Assembly Structure
The system features a design that allows quick and easy breakdown and setup procedures. The gate leaf opens and closes at angles from 90 degrees up to 180 degrees through an operation that remains simple to perform.
2. Built-in Motor
Model Minerva comes standard with a built-in motor which delivers both aesthetic grace as well as reliability and safety for running operations.
3. Reliable Operation
The product accepts operating commands through external remote control plus manual control box functions. The control box accepts an action command which gets transferred through a wire to the electrical box. The product avoids problems with electrical box shielding along with building signal refraction to provide accurate responses promptly. The gate motion operation will stop automatically when open and close limit signals are captured by the detection system.
4. Safety and Anti-Theft
A stopped gate automatically secures by activating the worm gear mechanism of its reduction box, thereby blocking external force from opening the gate.
5. Leakage Protection
The device contains a leakage protection system that defends control mechanism components from experiencing both electrical overflows and voltage ground surge issues.

The innovative structure of the top and bottom axis of the CAIMEN side gate makes the gate structure more simple and beautiful, and can achieve an opening and closing angle of 90°-180°.
1. Infrared anti-collision
Infrared transmitter and receiver sensors can be installed at the corresponding positions of the gateposts at both ends of the gate opening. When the gate is closing, if a person, vehicle or object is detected passing between the infrared transmitter and the receiver, the gate will stop running and return automatically.
2. Rebound after encountering resistance
When the gate is closing, if a person or object hits the gate row during closing, the motor receives this signal and sends an obstruction command to the safety system, and the gate will open automatically to avoid damage to people or objects.
Leakage switch
When an emergency stop occurs, the gate motor short-circuits, and the leakage switch plays a certain role to avoid damage to people or objects.
Digital integrated control system
The 10th generation digital integrated control system strictly follows semiconductor manufacturing processes such as oxidation, photolithography, diffusion, epitaxy, and aluminum evaporation. It integrates all the semiconductors, resistors, capacitors and other components and the connecting wires between them required to form a circuit with a certain function on a small piece of silicon wafer. The speed is 5 times faster than the previous generation, and it can be better compatible with various smart devices and realize the necessary equipment for smart AI interaction.
